On the Contact's profiles, you can see what emails and SMS (as individual campaigns and flows) are delivered to the contacts and which of them the contact has engaged with. You can also view how a contact has interacted with your store as soon as any visitor enters their details on your store and becomes a ‘Contact.’ These behavioral activities form a cornerstone of building dynamic segments and enrolling contacts into personalized flows.
