Click the “Create New Segment” button
Name your segment
Select your conditions. Our filter options allow you to pick from:
Contact Attributes
Events
Shopify
Email
SMS
WhatsApp
Forms
Third-party integration
Segments
Create a combination of filters to narrow down your audience using the standard ‘AND’ and ‘OR’ functions offered with the filters.
View the profiles that fulfill the conditions selected.
Save your segment.
