Lifesight's MMM onboarding process is meticulously designed to expedite your journey to marketing success through our Marketing Mix Modeling. We aim for seamless integration with your existing marketing operations, ensuring that you and your team can quickly leverage the robust capabilities of our tool. Let's dive into the four stages of your onboarding.

Stage 1: Setting Objectives and Identifying Key KPIs

The journey begins by crystallizing your business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). The aim is to have a lucid understanding of the goals you intend to achieve. We assist by initiating a consultative dialogue, focusing on your marketing strategies, revenue metrics, and other crucial data points. This foundational understanding guides the rest of your onboarding process.

Stage 2: Data Compilation and Integration

The lifeblood of any successful MMM initiative is quality data. With Lifesight MMM, you'll integrate information such as revenue metrics, channel-specific spending, and additional categorical variables to formulate data-driven strategies.
