Get real-time reports on the performance of the marketing campaigns you have run. Take a look at how your revenue is affected by your latest campaigns, flows and other marketing initiatives on Lifesight.

How to access the Marketing report

Navigate to your marketing report using the left-side menu bar. Click on Dashboard, under the Analytics section. Click on the Marketing tab to view a detailed report covering revenue, conversion rates, revenue per recipient, and heatmaps to understand how your best campaigns are different from the rest.

Metrics you can view on the Marketing report

Click Through Rate

A snapshot of how many of your campaign recipients have clicked on the links contained within your messages.

Campaigns Revenue

See how much revenue your campaigns have brought in till date to your store. The chart shows a month-on-month view of the revenue made via the campaigns launched in each respective month.

Flows Revenue

Use the snapshot view of how much revenue your store has earned through multi-channel communication automations set up on Lifeisght. These include revenue earned through flows like subscriber discounts, welcome and abandonment flows.

Goal Conversion Rate

View how many of your audience acted upon your campaign CTA to achieve the intended goal. This includes results such as no. of customers who made a purchase after receiving an email, etc.

Revenue per Recipient

View month-on-month changes on how the average revenue per recipient has changed. This cart helps you understand the changing patterns in spending habits of your customers across different times of the year.

Email Click Heatmap

View the time and days of the week when your emails receive the most clicks. Use this information to time your campaigns to garner greater engagement.

SMS Click Heatmap

View the time and days of the week when your SMS receive the most clicks. Use this information to time your campaigns to garner greater engagement and increase repeat purchases.

Time periods across which you can view your reports

You can view the data in the reports on your marketing dashboard for weekly (last 7 days), monthly (last 30 days), annual (last 12 months) periods as well as performance since the start of your time on the platform (All-Time).
