Judge.Me is a comprehensive toolkit for collecting, organizing, and leveraging customer reviews to shopify stores. It allows users to leave text, photo, or video reviews and offers an email collection feature for proactively gathering input. Unique functionalities include the ability to post reviews directly on product pages, mark them as verified for added credibility, and even feature a dedicated review tab on your Facebook page.

Getting started with Judge.me on your workspace -

  1. Begin by accessing Lifesight and logging into your account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab, which can be found in the left-hand menu bar.

  3. In the search field, type in "Judge.me" to locate the integration for this application.

  4. Click on the Judge.me tile and click on the "Integrate" button to begin the integration process.

  5. You will be redirected to the Judge.me authentication page. Click on the ‘Accept’ to integrate the application.

  6. You will be redirected to the apps page within Integrations, where you can review events that are fetched into the workspace.

Judge.me attributes in Lifesight

Once the integration is successful, you can view and use the following attributes to create segments, send these segments to different ad channels, and also trigger automation for your customers:

  1. Review Created: Identify users based on if and when they have created a review on a store.

  2. Updated Review: Identify users based on if and when they have updated a review on a store.
