Integrating Smile.io on your workspace

  1. Begin by accessing Lifesight and logging into your account using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab, which can be found in the left-hand menu bar. Hereon, click on the tab titled "Apps".

  3. In the search field, type in "Smile.io" to locate the integration for this application.

  4. Click on the "Integrate" button to begin the integration process.

  5. Insert and validate the private key. Once verified, your integration will be live.

  6. You will be redirected to the apps page within Integrations, where you can review events that are fetched into the workspace.
