How to use the “Reviews” feature on Engage

To utilize the Review element in the email campaign builder, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your account and go to the "Campaigns" tab.

  2. Click "Create New Campaign".

  3. Select your campaign type, select your target segment and then choose your Sender name and email. Click ‘Next’.

  4. Name your email campaign.

  5. In the content tab, select the "Reviews" element.

  6. Choose the type of review you want to include: Product Review or Website Review.

  7. If you are using Product Reviews, you can select multiple reviews using the filter checkbox.

  8. Use various elements like details, layout, formatting options, and general settings to edit your campaign as needed.

  9. Once you are done with all the changes, save your campaign.

  1. Login to your account and go to the "Templates" tab.

  2. Select "Emails".

  3. Click "Create New Template".

  4. Name your template.

  5. In the content tab, select the "Reviews" element.

  6. Choose the type of review you want to include: Product Review, Website Review, or Aggregated Product Reviews.

  7. If you are using Product Reviews, you can select multiple reviews using the filter checkbox.

  8. Use various elements like details, layout, formatting options, and general settings to edit your campaign as needed.

  9. Once you are done with all the changes, Save your template.
