Understand Lifesight’s campaign reporting to gain insights on how your Email / SMS campaigns are performing and what happens after someone opens or clicks on a link within a campaign. Use these campaign insights to have a deeper understanding of campaign analytics and how your audience responds to your messages.

Campaign Analytics

Campaign analytics reports provide valuable insights into the performance of your marketing campaigns. The overview section of these reports typically includes several key metrics that can help you evaluate the effectiveness of your campaigns.

Select any individual row in the campaign section to study the campaign performance in further detail.

When you click on any sent campaign from your list, you'll be taken to a page with more detailed analytics for that individual campaign. The example above shows the high-level metrics of an email campaign for visitors who have Abandoned Checkout.

Campaign Insights - Overview

Get a bird’s eye view of how your campaign has performed. This section highlights key metrics to help you place the success of the campaign, in a single view without the need to deep dive into individual behaviors.

Delivered: It represents the number of emails or messages that were successfully sent to your target audience.

Opened: It represents the number of recipients who opened your email or message.

CTR or Click-Through Rate: It measures the ratio of users who clicked on a specific link to the number of total users who viewed a page, email, or advertisement.

Converted: It shows the number of recipients who took a desired action after opening your email or message. This could be anything from making a purchase to filling out a form. This metric gives you a clear sense of how well your campaign is converting leads into customers.

Attributed revenue: It measures the total revenue generated by your campaign.

Undelivered: The undelivered percentage represents the number of emails or messages that were not delivered to your intended segment.

Campaign Interaction

View the change in metrics across different dates as this graph populates, and study opens, clicks, and conversions over the time period since the campaign was sent. Identify how your contacts consume your marketing content by tracking when contacts engage the most with your messages.

Campaign Contacts

You can view the receiver's name and email address, as well as the status of email campaigns. The status tells you if your email has been delivered, opened or has bounced. You can also identify any revenue attributed to this particular campaign under the Attributed Revenue column.

Summary and Key Metrics

The right-hand area showcases summary information for your campaign. For email campaigns, you will see the following

  • Subject - The subject line of the campaign

  • Preview text - The summary text for a campaign

  • From/Reply-to- The sender email set for the campaign

  • Total sent - Total number of profiles that the campaign was sent to

  • Sent on - The date/time the campaign was sent

  • Unsubscribed - People who unsubscribed through the unsubscribe link in your email

  • Segments - A snapshot of what segments your campaign has been sent to

  • UTM Parameters - In the UTM Parameters section, you will locate all tracked UTM parameters include campaign name, medium , source and content.

For SMS Campaigns, study:

  • From - The sender number set for the campaign

  • Total sent - Total number of profiles that the campaign was sent to

  • Sent on - The date/time the campaign was sent

  • Unsubscribed - People who unsubscribed through the unsubscribe link in your SMS

  • Segments - A snapshot of what segments your campaign has been sent to

  • UTM Parameters - In the UTM Parameters section, you will locate all tracked UTM parameters include campaign name, medium , source and content.
