Pre-requisites to setting up SMS Campaigns
Lifesight assigns a shared phone number to all the users on a free trial that consists of 50 SMS credits. In case you need to send more SMS messages, you’ll need to Upgrade the plan.
You will be redirected to the Billing page where you can select the SMS plan that would suit your requirements .
In case you need a dedicated phone number, you will need to upgrade and get your phone number verified by filling in the business details. Learn more (need another article for verification)
Make sure your segments are ready - the group of customers you will send your SMS messages to. (Learn more about segments)
You can either use the pre-built segments such as VIP customers, At-Risk customers, etc, or can create a segment yourself, based on your business goals.
