This article applies to cases where users are logged in to their accounts. Take a look at our article on resetting your password if you can’t remember your password or can’t log in.
View User Profile details
To view your profile details:
Click on your username at the lower left corner of the left-hand menu.
Select the Profile tab.
Here you can view your first name, last name, and the registered email address through which you signed up / received an invite.
You can also see the company name you used during sign-up.
Change Password
Underneath your profile details, there is an option to change your password. Use it as follows:
Click on the link to change your password.
A page opens where you are required to add in your current password and feed in your new password.
Ensure your password has a minimum of 8 characters and has at least one character that is a special character and at least one each in uppercase and lowercase.
Click 'Change Password.'
