As part of privacy regulations (GDPR and CCPA), you are required to be compliant with data subject’s (customer) requests. To help you stay compliant, we provide you with tools to export, suppress and delete data from your customer profiles.
To delete a profile
Navigate to a specific profile by entering name/email address into the search bar.
Click the three-dots in the top-right corner.
Click on Delete Profile
To export a profile
Navigate to a specific profile by entering name/email address into the search bar.
Click the three-dots in the top-right corner.
Click either Export Profile.
A callout will confirm that your profile data is ready to download on your Compliance page. Click on ‘View Download’ and from the Complaince page, click Download to export the specific profile data as a JSON file.
