With roughly 40% of your audience likely interacting with you over email, at Engage, we’re laser focused on giving you a fantastic experience using our drag-and-drop email builder. Let's take a look at the components you can use.

A section that contains various unique attributes from your store, your contacts, your offerings and general email editing capabilities such as headings, text, images, buttons and more. You can take a look at each of the components in further detail here.

Blocks offer pre-built templates for key sections of your email. You can drag these sections into your email and customize the links if need be.

This section offers the ability to change the formatting of the main body column of your email. Work with the block width, background colors, formatting and more to get the perfect email in place.

Engage's email builder has a native integration to import pictures from popular, free stock photograph websites (such as Unsplash, Pixabay and Pexels). Please note, all the images are listed under creative commons zero license.

This is your directory of images that have been added, or uploaded, to your account. You can access all the media files that have been used in any previous campaign on Engage and include the same in your emails.

Check whether all the elements you have used in your email have attached links, alternate text and working buttons. The audit feature is essential to ensure your email has nothing missing in it. It does so by providing a list of recommended changes that users can address in real time.

Our comprehensive section on campaigns will help you understand the other elements of the campaign builder. In case you have any further queries, feel free to write to us at [email protected] and we’ll respond at the earliest.
