Designing a new template on Engage is an easy start to building a library of reusable emails that you can easily draw into flows and campaigns for your marketing activities on Engage.
To begin:
Head to Campaigns on your left side menu bar, under the Experiences section.
Click on ‘Start New Campaign’.
Choose your campaign type and select a target segment. Select your Sender name and Sender email ID from the list of verified IDs and names added to your workspace.
On clicking next, you will be redirected to the next step where you can add different elements and design your email template. The drag-&-drop builder helps you easily create/add new properties to different sections of an email.
Once you’re comfortable with your email’s design, click on ‘Save As Draft’ to add the email to your workspace’s template library.
Where can I find my saved templates?
Any templates that a user has created and saved appear in 2 sections:
Campaigns: you can find the saved template under campaigns
Templates > Emails: you can find the email template under the ‘Saved Email Templates’ section
