To provide you with the best experience, we currently offer chat and email support for all customers, irrespective of what plan you’re on.

You can contact support in two ways:

In-app chat box

Once you’re logged in to Lifesight, click on Support in the bottom left corner of the app screen. Once clicked, a chat box will open up where you can do a few things:

  1. Send us a message that we’ll reply to in a few minutes

  2. Share feedback or share a feature request

  3. Book an onboarding call

  4. Report a bug

  5. Help - It has a list of various articles you can refer, to get started with getting the best experience out of Lifesight.
