Click on Templates to browse and search for templates. You can then click on the template card to preview the template details in a pop up. We currently offer Flow, Email and SMS templates.
Once you find a template that you like (or have set up something that you’d prefer to run with), here’s how you can include it in your automations (Flows) and/or campaigns
Flow - To use flow templates, select “Use Template” upon rolling over the card, that will then launch the flow builder and load the template.
Email - To use email templates, you can select the template within the campaign or flow builder.
SMS - To use SMS templates, you can select the template within the campaign or flow builder.
