Engage offers range of Pre-Built flows to get you started quickly. We’ve put together recommended flows from ecommerce experts, to help you make the most of your Lifesight subscription. You can look for templates across the following customer journey stages and business goals.
Before setting up a pre-built flow
Take a look at the list of filters you can use to identify who you’re looking to include in the flow.
Create the email/SMS templates you’d like to have set up before you proceed to initiate a flow.
To set up a pre-built flow:
Click on ‘Templates’ in your left side menu.
Use the list of filters to narrow down on the types of flows you’re looking to enable.
Choose the flow you’re looking to activate.
Click on ‘Preview’ to see a snapshot of what the flow looks like.
If the flow is exactly what you’re looking for, click on the ‘Use Template’ button. (You can also do this in the previous step by choosing ‘Use’ instead of ‘Preview’.
The first step in the flow, identified by a ‘Blue margin’ on the left side of the box, marks the starting trigger. The boxes with ‘Purple Margins’ on the left denote various conditions/decision splits and the boxes with the ‘Orange Margins’ denote the actions (messages) in the flow.
If the flow fulfills your requirements, click on ‘Publish Flow’. You will now see the flow live under your ‘Flows’ tab, with the status ‘Published’.
If you’d like to make changes in the flow, take a look at our article on editing flows. You can do so by clicking the edit button in the upper right corner of any box. You can save the flow as ‘Draft’ or publish the flow after edits, wherein the flow is saved under the ‘Saved’ templates set.
