How to use “Reply-to” feature

Reply-to-emails are now available in Campaigns, allowing users to engage in email conversations with their customers. By entering a well-formed email address in the appropriate field during the Campaign setup step, users can enable this feature and start receiving emails back from their intended recipients.

Adding a 'Reply to' email

  1. Login to your account and navigate to the “Campaigns” tab

  2. Select "Start new campaign"

  3. Add your “Campaign name”.

  4. Choose the “Campaign type” as Email.

  5. Select the “Target segment” for your campaign.

  6. Choose your “Sender email”. You have two options: a) Leave the sender’s email address as the reply-to email, which is the default behavior. b) Enter a custom email address as the “reply-to email:. (Note that this option is only available if the checkbox is unchecked.) c)Add the “Sender Name”

Once you have completed these steps, your campaign is ready to launch. By enabling reply-to-emails, you open up a channel for two-way communication with your audience. This feature can help you build stronger relationships with your customers and provide a better overall experience.
