Now that you have integrated your data, it’s time to organize it so you can start taking action on it. Profiles allow you an easy and unified view of all your customers’ data from multiple sources in one place.

To merge profiles from different sources, an automated identity resolution engine instantly captures data streams and unifies behavioral data into the relevant customer profile. Lifesight automatically tracks anonymous users using session data that is stored in the browser (Anonymous Profile) that is automatically merged with the historical data once the user registers themselves with an identifier (Contact).
